Our Staff

We maintain a teacher to student ratio of 1:5 during each class, so that the children may receive individual attention. The Montessori system of teaching differs from the traditional teaching methods in the sense that it is a system that focuses on the individual capabilities of the child and caters to the same.

Our Montessori trained teachers serve as a dynamic link between the child and their environment. They do not interfere or obstruct the child's self-development but direct and guide the child's activities so that the child learns through experiences.

Your child will be in the care of trained Montessori educators with years of teaching experience.

Our helper didi's are a part of the Learning Tree family and will ensure that your child is well-taken care of. Most of our teachers and staff have been with us from the very beginning…for about 30 years and counting.
